Violent robbery at Victoria, BC jewelry store caught on camera – BC

Police in Victoria, BC, are looking for a man who violently robbed a jewelry store on Saturday.

The incident was captured on the store’s security camera.

Police said they were called to the store just before 3:45 pm The suspect had already fled after being pushed out of the store by staff members, but they told police the man had entered the store brandishing a hammer.

Counterfeit jewelry worth over $4.41 million seized in Louisville

Louisville Customs & Border Control officers seized 2,400 pieces of fake jewelry shipped from Hong Kong, attempting importation into the United States.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Three shipments of jewelry with counterfeit designer trademarks worth millions of dollars were seized by Louisville officers within 24 hours.

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in Louisville seized three shipments containing 2,400 pieces of counterfeit jewelry, shipped from Hong Kong, attempting importation into the United States.

On April 3, two of the shipments were heading to the same private residence in Jeffersonville, Indiana, but with different recipient names.

One shipment contained 400 bracelets

Jewelry store owners clap back at anti-LGBTQ+ lawmakers with “Say Gay” stickers

In Zionsville, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis, the owners of a jewelry store are supporting the LGBTQ+ community with some small but mighty agitprop.

The little stickers, about the size of a silver dollar pancake, shout, “Say Gay.”

Robert and Rose-Marie Goodman felt compelled to print up the custom-designed stickers following the passage of legislation through Indiana’s House of Representatives that would force teachers and administrators in the state to notify parents when their kids change gender or pronoun identities.

House Bill 1608 passed the Indiana House last Thursday.
