BEAVERTON, Ore. (KPTV/Grey Information) – Police in Oregon are cracking down on catalytic converter thefts.
The Beaverton Police Division studies it has hidden over 3,000 catalytic converters, lots of of hundreds of {dollars}, a high-end automotive and jewellery throughout its newest investigation into the trafficking of stolen catalytic converters.
In line with KPTV, the division’s investigation began in late 2021 with police figuring out 32-year-old Brennan Patrick Doyle, of Lake Oswego, because the chief of the legal group.
Police mentioned they consider Doyle trafficked over 44,000 stolen converters since January 2021, which quantities to about $22 million.
