(NASDAQ:MSFT – Get Rating) by 8.5% during the 3rd quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The fund owned 3,335 shares of the software giant’s stock after selling 309 shares during the quarter. Black Diamond Financial LLC’s holdings in Microsoft were worth $777,000 as of its most recent SEC filing.

Several other institutional investors have also recently modified their holdings of the company. Riggs Asset Management Co. Inc. increased its position in shares of Microsoft by 64.0% during the 3rd quarter.

Botswana mining growth seen flat amid dim diamond outlook

Debswana, a joint venture between Botswana’s government and Anglo American Plc’s De Beers, which produces almost all of Botswana’s diamonds, registered an 8% growth in output in 2022 to 24.1 million carats. Diamond trading grew 41% in the year as Botswana also benefitted from Western buyers shunning stones from Russia following its invasion of Ukraine.

In 2023, Botswana expects diamond output to decline by 1%, while diamond trading growth is seen slowing to 7% from 41% last year.

WELLINGTON — Police are investigating a double shooting in the upscale Olympia development off State Road 7 and Forest Hill Boulevard that is believed to be a murder suicide. The suspect’s name is Stephen Smith, 46. The victim’s family has invoked Marsy’s Law, which prevents police from releasing her name.

Shortly after 5 pm, deputies were called to shoot in the 2100 block of Balsan Way. Upon arrival, deputies located a man and woman dead from gunshot wounds, according to a press release issued by PBSO.
