She’s a ’90s girl in her Barbie world.
Margot Robbie delivered yet another fabulous Barbie outfit sporting on the red carpet yesterday as she wore a bright pink leather dress and crimped hair at the premiere of her highly anticipated “Barbie” movie in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico.
The 33-year-old, who plays the titular role in the Greta Gerwig-directed flick, looked ready to party in a tribute to Mattel’s Earring Magic doll — which was released in 1992 — giving the look a modern twist in a neon pink Balmain dresses.
The piece featured a strapless leather mini with a long-sleeved sheer top and long sleeves that looked just like Barbie’s, and Robbie paired the look with the same style of chain belt with dangling silver charms that the doll sports.
The “Bablyon” actress — who’s been working with celebrity stylist Andrew Mukamal for her incredible recent red carpet looks — also sported shoulder-skimming silver charm earrings like the ’90s doll, wearing her hair in the same crimped style.
Robbie topped off the look with very Barbie-esque pink Manolo Blahnik pumps, while her Ken — played by Ryan Gosling, 42 — rocked a pale yellow suit for the event.
Mukamal showed off a photo of his star client on Instagram along with a snapshot of the original Barbie, and fans couldn’t get enough of Robbie’s living doll look.
“Yaaass!!!! This tour is breaking the internet” one commenter wrote, while another added, “TRULY ICONIC!! Every outfit is better than the last. Thank you so much for this OMG.”
“I wish the hair was bigger,” a third fan commented. “I’m now getting so spoiled by this press tour that I’m now making demands omg.”
Other Instagram users joined in the “demands,” requesting looks like “BARBIE 1998 HOLIDAY PARTY” and “I need to see Margot Robbie with the Barbie LONG PREMIERE DRESS FROM @BARBIE FAIRY SECRET.”

The star stylist has certainly been hitting it out of the park with the movie’s press tour, styling Robbie in one Barbie recreation after the next.
Whether it was a pink skirt suit and sparkling dress to cosplay 1985’s Day to Night Barbie in Seoul, Korea or a striped Hervé Léger bodycon dress that channeled the original Barbie’s black-and-white swimsuit in Australia, Robbie has been taking her role as lead doll quite literally.
Get your pink outfits ready: “Barbie” finally hits theaters on July 21.
