Something was in the air recently when a photographer in Finland snapped a stunning shot of concentric rainbow-colored rings around the sun. And it turned out that something was pollen.

Miko Peussa captured the eye-catching images on May 30 near his home in Turku. The multicolored rings are called “pollen coronas” and are caused by sunlight scattering off pollen in the water, according to Spaceweather.com. Arrests made in thefts of Yogi Berra’s World Series rings, Warhol and Pollock art

(AP) – Federal authorities announced charges against a ring of nine people for thefts of millions of dollars worth of paintings, sports memorabilia and other valuables including an Andy Warhol silkscreen, a Jackson Pollock painting and nine World Series rings belonging to the late Yankees catcher Yogi Berra.

The thefts took place over more than two decades at 20 museums, institutions and stores across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington, DC, and North Dakota, the US attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said Thursday.

Scientists still do not fully understand how dust and gas in the early solar system coalesced into moons and planets.

Like the first ring around the Quaoar, announced by a team of astronomers in February, the second ring lies beyond what is known as the Roche limit. Material orbiting closer than this distance tends to be pulled apart by tidal forces. It’s May – and Netflix has yet another busy month lined up for users.

Over the course of the next 31 days, the streaming service will welcome many titles, including a Bridgerton spin-off, a brand new season of I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson and FUBARArnold Schwarzenegger’s first foray into television.
