Kate Middleton stepped out for the royals annual Christmas walk yesterday—her first time doing the traditional walk as Princess of Wales—and wore a festive green coat dress, brown suede boots, a cute fedora, and some gorgeous earrings. And speaking of said earrings, apparently they were a gift from Prince William.
According to The Sun, William gave Kate the earrings for Christmas, and they’re from Sezane—one of her favorite brands. Tragically they sold out within minutes of Kate wearing them on Christmas day, but here’s the link if you want to sign up for an alert and score a pair when they’re back in stock:
Kate was accompanied on the royals’ Christmas walk by her three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—and it was actually Prince Louis’ first time participating in the royal tradition:
Also there? Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank:
As well as Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi:
Oh, and also King Charles and Queen Camilla lol:
The royals are coming off a somewhat dramatic few weeks due to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s documentary dropping on Netflix, but they’ve adopted a “never complain, never explain” attitude about things and have said absolutely nothing about the doc. Instead, the royals have been all about public displays of unity—first showing up together for Kate’s Christmas caroling event, and then arriving en masse to St. Mary Magdalene in Sandringham at Christmas.
By the way, Meghan and Harry apparently were invited to spend the holidays with the royals (though the invite was extended before the documentary dropped), but opted to spend the holidays in California as a family instead.
