On Monday, Brady posted what appeared to be a rallying cry to his Bucs teammates. In the Instagram post he admits that “football is hard.”

Football is tough. We’re not playing like we are capable. We’re in it together. We’ll turn it around,” Brady wrote using the hashtag “GoBucs.

During the latest episode of his SiriusXM podcast “Let’s Go” with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray,” Brady talked about life stress and how it’s important to have a work-life balance.

He said there are parts of life where you “suck it up and deal with it” but noted there are also parts where people hold themselves “to a certain standard that we’re almost inhuman.”

“You know, you hear this from a lot of people who say, you know, ‘I’m only human.’ We are only human. We’re not inhuman,” he said, as reported by the DailyMail. “We’re not immune to a lot of the things that just life brings us. We’re not robots.”

He also said people wake up daily trying to do their best while understanding life has stresses and you deal with them with a great support system and some introspectiveness.

While he spoke about his life and family, Bundchen was not mentioned during the podcast.
