Trump to Attend Lynette ‘Diamond’ Hardaway’s Funeral in North Carolina Saturday

Former President Donald Trump will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina Saturday to celebrate the life of Lynette Hardaway, better known as “Diamond” from the conservative commentator team Diamond and Silk.

As CBN News reported, Hardaway died on Jan. 8 at the age of 51. She along with her sister Herneitha Rochelle “Silk” Hardaway Richardson were ardent supporters of the former president.

In a 67-second video message shared on social media, Trump said Hardaway was “a true patriot and a friend.” In the video he speaks about his plan to honor Hardaway, calling her “an angel.”

Neil Diamond celebrates 82nd birthday with ‘Beautiful Noise’ cast, audience on Broadway

So I finally had the chance to see “A Beautiful Noise, the Neil Diamond Musical” on Tuesday, Jan. 24. And sure, it was fun. Lots of great songs, cute costumes. You should see it.

But the best part was after the show. Will Swenson, who plays Diamond in his prime, announced that this was a very special night because it was the legendary singer-songwriter’s 82nd birthday. So Swenson took out this cell phone and FaceTimed Diamond.

PBSO investigates possible murder-suicide at Olympia development in Wellington

WELLINGTON — Police are investigating a double shooting in the upscale Olympia development off State Road 7 and Forest Hill Boulevard that is believed to be a murder suicide. The suspect’s name is Stephen Smith, 46. The victim’s family has invoked Marsy’s Law, which prevents police from releasing her name.

Shortly after 5 pm, deputies were called to shoot in the 2100 block of Balsan Way. Upon arrival, deputies located a man and woman dead from gunshot wounds, according to a press release issued by PBSO.

When Isabelle Crew chose a lab-grown diamond instead of a traditionally mined sparkler for her engagement ring, one friend warned her it would have a lower resale value.

But with the 1.7-carat oval-shaped diamond solitaire of her dreams twinkling on her finger, the 28-year-old Toronto woman says she found it easy to laugh off those concerns.

“This is an engagement ring. I really hope I don’t have to resell it someday,” Crew said.
