Desserts include rose-scented gulab halwa and mango malai, with optional vintage port pairings. Rang Mahal Restaurant & Bar has reopened in a new location at Naumi Hotel, serving a mix of North, South, and coastal Indian dishes. Starters like Maa’s Chilli Cheese Pakoras, green chillies stuffed with cheddar and cream cheese, lead the way, alongside Arshiya’s Chowpatty Slider, a nod to the founder’s daughter.

SanSara at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is presenting a limited Diwali Thali through 23 October 2025, featuring Laal Maans lamb shank curry, Punjabi Murgh Tikka, Malai Broccoli, and Keshari Rasmali for dessert.
