Puyi Optical is celebrating its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century of shaping the luxury eyewear industry. When the company was founded in 2001, luxury eyewear was entering a new era, with advances in materials, craftsmanship, and design transforming glasses into personal expressions of style.
Since its inception in Hong Kong, the shop has earned acclaim by valuing fine workmanship and assembling a select collection of top eyewear makers. Throughout its history, it has linked established labels with up-and-coming designers, presenting shoppers with outstanding glasses and promoting innovation, comfort and design excellence.
To commemorate its silver jubilee, Puyi Optical has launched a series of exclusive anniversary collaborations, including the LOTOS x PUYI 25TH collection, which showcases LOTOS’ expertise in working with precious metals, engravings, and diamond details.
The anniversary lineup also showcases unique pieces from Puyi Project, the brand’s own label, which offers a sleek semi-rimless frame adorned with special anniversary etchings and limited-run accents. In addition, Puyi Optical has teamed up with fashion powerhouses such as Prada, Balenciaga and Gucci to produce exclusive anniversary models. The Series 1000 from Puyi Project introduces a refined semi-rimless silhouette finished with anniversary engravings and limited-edition details that pay homage to the brand’s enduring commitment to quality and innovation.
Long-standing collaborator Linda Farrow also participates, offering designs that combine heritage craftsmanship with modern materials. The Japanese brand EQUE.M adds its own special anniversary colour schemes and engraved motifs, celebrating the lasting alliance between the two companies.
