Blackacre, the award-winning B Corp-certified British jeweller, announced that its new collection Perennials will debut this November, marking the brand’s first launch in twelve months since the Origins line.

New collection emphasizes timeless design

The brand describes Perennials as a range of refined essentials meant for frequent wear and long-term enjoyment. Each item is intended to become a family heirloom, offering owners a piece that can be treasured across generations.

Designers have incorporated natural coloured diamonds that add a subtle flash of colour. This detail often reveals itself only on closer inspection and is becoming a hallmark of the label’s aesthetic.

Pieces are crafted to transition from everyday attire to special-occasion dress. The versatility allows wearers to move seamlessly between casual settings and formal events without compromising a classic look.

The collection’s name draws on the botanical term “perennial,” reflecting the idea that the jewellery will return to the wearer’s wardrobe year after year. It is meant to grow alongside personal milestones, echoing moments such as anniversaries or birthdays.

Given its focus on sustainable, slow-fashion principles, the line may resonate with shoppers seeking lasting value. This approach could strengthen its position in the niche market for responsibly produced luxury.

Craftsmanship details and customization options

British craftsmanship is highlighted through features such as rhodium-plated interiors on stud earrings, which prevent unwanted colour reflections from the stones.

The tactile “pebble-like” clasps reference founder Sam Stirrat’s childhood habit of gathering stones, adding a personal narrative to the hardware. This motif appears on earrings, pendants and bracelets throughout the range.

Unlike traditional tennis bracelets that use uniform round stones, the Perennials line sets diamonds of varying shapes and sizes. Each mount is hand-assembled to showcase the maker’s skill and to emphasize the individuality of every piece.

Customers may personalize pieces; the pebble pendant can be engraved with a chosen initial, and coloured stone detailing can be adjusted to match a birthstone or other significance. These options let buyers tailor the jewellery to their own stories.

At launch, the collection comprises 19 distinct designs, all available for purchase. Additional custom orders are accepted for alternative stone sizes or bespoke engravings, providing further flexibility for collectors.

The brand targets sophisticated connoisseurs who appreciate the opportunity to discuss the subtle details of their jewellery. It seeks patrons who enjoy sharing the story behind each item and who value the blend of heritage technique with contemporary style.
