Publico’s Christmas Sharing Set costs $128 per person for four guests at InterContinental Robertson Quay.

Christmas 2025 in Singapore is shaping up to be a feast for food lovers, with several restaurants unveiling festive menus across the city. The first to catch attention is Publico, an Italian dining venue at the InterContinental Robertson Quay, offering a riverside setting for holiday gatherings.

Publico’s Christmas Sharing Set

The restaurant’s Christmas sharing set, priced at $128 per person for a minimum of four guests, features a curated selection of Italian classics. The menu begins with colorful antipasti, including creamy burrata with datterino tomatoes and seared scallops and octopus insalata with soppressata.

Pasta courses showcase house-made tortellini with confit duck and black truffle, spinach tagliolini arrabbiata with stracciatella, and a hearty beef lasagna.

Main dishes include slow-roasted crackling porchetta with citrus asparagus, roasted potatoes, and chimichurri, alongside a pizza agnello topped with braised lamb, mascarpone cream, roasted mushrooms, and parmesan. Dessert rounds out the feast with a classic fruit cake served with luscious zabaglione and a hazelnut semifreddo.

The venue invites guests to linger with aperitivo-style cocktails, featuring options like the Clover Sparks—bright with raspberry and sparkling wine—and the Quay Pine, laced with melon liqueur and triple sec. The pet-friendly garden area provides a relaxed alternative to the indoor dining space, which overlooks the Singapore River.
